Welcome to Dreabee ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at dreabee.com, our mobile applications, APIs, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if applicable, delete your account.
Description of Services
Dreabee is an influencer marketing intelligence platform that provides brands, agencies, and marketers with tools to discover, analyse, and manage influencer partnerships. The Platform includes, but is not limited to:
- Influencer Discovery & Search: Tools for finding and filtering influencers by niche, audience demographics, engagement rate, and other criteria.
- Audience Analytics: Data on follower authenticity, fake follower detection, audience demographics, and engagement quality.
- Campaign Management: Features for planning, executing, and tracking influencer marketing campaigns.
- Brand Monitoring & Comparison: Tools for tracking brand mentions, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Free Tools: Publicly accessible engagement rate calculators and fake follower checkers for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Reports & Exports: Generation and download of analytics reports in various formats.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Platform itself at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Account Registration & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at hello@dreabee.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
Account Types
We offer multiple account tiers including free, starter, professional, and enterprise plans. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier, as detailed on our Pricing page. Free accounts are subject to usage limits including API call limits, report downloads, and search queries.
Account Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page or by emailing hello@dreabee.com. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the Platform through automated means without our express written permission.
- Using the Platform to build a competing product or service.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its servers.
- Circumventing any rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing multiple users to access the Platform under a single account.
- Using data obtained from the Platform to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
- Violating any applicable laws, including data protection laws, intellectual property laws, or privacy regulations.
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.
⚠️ Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.
Data, Analytics & Accuracy Disclaimer
Dreabee provides data, analytics, and insights related to influencer audiences and campaign performance. You understand and acknowledge that:
- All data provided through the Platform is based on algorithmic analysis and may not be perfectly accurate.
- Audience quality scores, fake follower percentages, and engagement metrics are estimates derived from statistical models and publicly available signals — not guarantees of accuracy.
- Platform data should be used as one input in your decision-making process, not as the sole basis for any business decision.
- Social media platform API access and terms may change, affecting the availability or accuracy of certain data points.
- Historical data may become outdated as influencer audiences change over time.
Dreabee makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data provided through the Platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our IP
The Platform, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, visual design, text, graphics, logos, and content created by Dreabee ("Dreabee Content"), is owned by Dreabee and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Dreabee Content without our express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you upload or submit to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Dreabee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the services described in these Terms.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as applicable to your region. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your paid plan within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us at hello@dreabee.com for a full refund. No refunds are available after this period, except where required by applicable law.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes affecting your current subscription, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), payment processors, and analytics tools. These integrations are provided for your convenience and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
Dreabee has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the Platform.
Your use of third-party social media APIs through our Platform must comply with the respective platform's developer terms (including but not limited to the Instagram Graph API Terms, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and TikTok for Developers Terms of Use).
Disclaimers of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data or content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREABEE AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
- Damages arising from your reliance on data or analytics provided through the Platform.
- Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) INR 5,000 (APPROX. USD 60).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dreabee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or through an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
